1) They don’t hit snooze on their alarm

While the lure of those extra few minutes of sleep can be tempting, they understand that it’s a trap that can lead to a sluggish start and wasted time.

Successful individuals value time as their most precious resource.

They know that each second counts and cannot be regained once it’s gone.

Hitting snooze not only disrupts your sleep cycle, causing you to feel groggier, but it also sets a tone of procrastination for the rest of your day.

Instead, they make a habit of rising immediately when their alarm sounds, seizing the day from the very first moment.
