Our editing team
The Expert Editor takes the editor recruitment process seriously as quality editing and proofreading requires an excellent editor. All of our editors have the following in common:
- High-level academic qualifications – either a PhD or Master’s degree – and many also have additional qualifications in professional editing.
- Considerable experience as a professional editor in either academic, book, or business editing.
- Australian based.
- Native-English speakers.
- The flexibility to accommodate short turnarounds.
Our editors come from a range of backgrounds, including present and former academics from top Australian universities and book publishing industry professionals.
Our editors are also not anonymous. Upon request, we can outline the professional background of your editor.
